The hostel had a great atmosphere during Christmas, with festive decorations and a cozy ambiance. The staff were friendly and always available to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The common areas were comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for socializing with other guests.
The rooms were a bit cramped and lacked proper ventilation. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were quite flat.

The location of this hostel is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center. It offers a great base to explore the city and experience its charms. the rooms are clean and equipped with top quality beds and comfy mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathrooms are modern and functional, and there are plenty of them available. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful tips and even a welcoming Turkish coffee upon arrival. the hostel also offers a nice lounge and kitchen area for socializing and preparing meals.
The upper bunk beds in the dormitory lack privacy, as there is no separation with the neighboring bed.

I stayed at Kucha for around six days and the owner and staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and helpful. The common area was a nice place to hang out and meet other travelers. The hostel is new and everything is fresh, from the rooms to the kitchen. The view from the hillside location was great, and there were shops nearby for cooking. The guests I met were friendly and we explored the city together.
Would be happy to recommend this hostel.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with towels provided and plenty of charging ports next to the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the spacious lockers that provided ample storage space for our belongings.
One major downside was the location. The hostel was situated at the top of a steep hill, making it a strenuous and exhausting trek to and from the city center.

The hostel is spotlessly clean and has a modern and luxurious feel. the showers are spacious and the beds are comfortable. the staff members were friendly and attentive, especially Dzelila who was always in charge and made delicious breakfasts for us every morning. the common room and kitchen were great hangout spots, and the hostel even provided slippers for that cozy homely touch. the location may involve a short hike up and down a hill, but we found it added to the authentic experience of our trip. a fantastic place to stay in Sarajevo!
Not one thing! 😊.
